Finelite's mission is to help relight 15 billion sq ft of offices and schools throughout the U.S. To do that, we design and manufacture cost-effective, energy efficient lighting fixtures and systems. One of Finelite's innovations is a new aproach to lighting offices that delivers overwhelming user acceptance, cuts energy by 50% and keeps the project wiyhin budget. Finelite relies on lean practices to make continuous improvements. We use quarterly goals to measure our progress and we invest in teaching employees about our culture, values and ways to work together in teams. We include 16 managers in our strategic planning process. We reward team performance via a quarterly bonus program for all employees. We work hard and have fun.
