FINRA’s mission is investor protection and market integrity. Every day, we work to deter misconduct by enforcing the rules, detecting and preventing wrongdoing in the U.S. markets, and disciplining those who break the rules.
To encourage employees to give back to their communities, FINRA offers all regular employees two days of paid leave to participate in volunteer activities during work hours. And in 2014, FINRA hosted its first companywide volunteer service period.
FINRA strives to create a diverse and inclusive culture where the thoughts and ideas of all employees are valued, appreciated and respected. In an effort to further such an environment, FINRA supports the formation of employee resource groups.
