FC Dallas of Major League Soccer, founded by American Sports Pioneer, Lamar Hunt, and now run by his family, celebrated its best season in franchise history and first ever Western Conference Championship.
FC Dallas has a 34 game schedule, our season is from March to October. We have the League MVP in David Ferreira and Coach of the Year, Schellas Hyndman. We are especially proud of our home grown players Ruben Luna and Bryan Leyva and continue to build the team with International players like the recently acquired Fabian Castillo from Deportivo Cali. Our Youth Organization is clearly one of the best development programs in the Country and is becoming widely respected in the global community.
Pizza Hut Park, the official home of FC Dallas, is the premiere sports and entertainment venue in Frisco and surrounding area. It’s a world class facility that hosts such events as Jimmy Buffett, Edgefest, and other live concerts, along with exclusive home for FISD football games, home of FCS championship game and other events like it… not to mention the 145 –acre, and 17 field complex that host local, regional, national, and international tournaments and league play, for youth and adult soccer, and other sports year round.
