Fath Properties is a recognized leader in property management, proudly headquartered in the Greater Cincinnati area. Over the past 50 years, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into a company that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of 7,500 apartment homes across Ohio, Indiana, and Texas.
Our story began when founder Harry Fath took on the management of a six-unit apartment building to earn extra income for his growing family. That experience sparked a passion for real estate that has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to quality, service, and community. Eventually, Harry purchased that first property—and the rest is history.
Today, our largest presence remains in Greater Cincinnati, including Northern Kentucky, and Greater Dayton, Ohio, where we manage 18 properties totaling nearly 5,200 apartment units. We also proudly operate nine communities in North Central Dallas, Texas, encompassing nearly 2,300 units.
