Additional Culture Details
The FSB Fun Committee plans a number of staff and family events, from the annual golf outing, to pizza parties, or organizing food trucks. We like to have fun before, during, and after hours.
You can expect an event just about every month of the year. FSB staff (and sometimes families) enjoy going to Waterloo Buck's games, grill outs, bike rides, Halloween costume contests, potlucks, and the biggest event of the year, the Holiday Party.
If health and wellness are more your speed, FSB employees also enjoy step challenges, share healthy recipes, and have access to mental health resources. Plus, a gym and a staff-managed library at the Tower Park location.
If you haven't noticed, our team lives by the "work hard, play hard" mantra. We try not to take ourselves too seriously. The team at FSB enjoys blue jean Fridays, FSB t-shirts in the summer, an ever changing mix of music, and laughing whenever possible.
