Vision
Our Vision is to respectfully treat, rehabilitate and mentor troubled families through comprehensive, responsive care. Through the provision of evidence-based, dignified and confidential services provided by well-trained and committed staff, we work to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect.
Mission
Family Resource Center’s mission is the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect through the strengthening of families.

It is the goal of FRC that each employee considers himself/herself as an essential team member whose accurate, timely, thorough and respectful contribution is an essential feature of FRC’s overall service delivery. It is understood that each employee has his/her own set of valuable skills and a unique knowledge base. Each employee is encouraged to contribute his/her skills and knowledge through collegial and cooperative contribution. Thus, the productivity, creativity and accomplishments of the team reflect synergy and potentiation that could not be achieved by the efforts of the individual members alone. This is a philosophy that encourages individual employees to “own their jobs” and take pride in doing a job very well. Moreover, each employee is encouraged to take pride in FRC’s overall service delivery and our public presentation. Thus, he/she is always poised to help a fellow employee when the occasion arises.
