Purpose
We saw a need in the leisure industry, and we aim to fill it. Oftentimes, leisure product shoppers have to choose between either mass merchant stores or specialty retailers. Mass merchant stores offer low prices and in-stock products, but offer little or no service. Specialty retailers offer high-quality products and attentive service, but shoppers pay high prices and have to wait for specialty items to arrive. Family Leisure bridges the gap between mass merchants and specialty retailers. We provide higher quality products, attentive service, huge warehouses full of in-stock items, and we sell at the lowest price.
Vision
We work to treat customers like a part of our own families. We foster a community-focused atmosphere at each store location. The family-like feeling permeates each level of the store, including employee-to-employee interactions and employee-to-customer relationships. Many of our store locations host community-based activities to reinforce this atmosphere. Besides placing a high value on face-to-face kindness, Family Leisure works to deliver trustworthy deals on each transaction.
Mission
We work tirelessly before the customer even arrives to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Our industry experts travel to distributors worldwide to design, produce and handpick our products. We continuously work closely with our product suppliers to perfect our offerings, and we hold suppliers to the highest standards.
