Fairview School District 72 is a K-8 elementary school district situated just north of Chicago in suburban Skokie. It's mission is to create a strong foundation for academic excellence and personal growth by setting high expectations, teaching to the needs of learners, and embracing the richness of our cultural diversity. But Fairview is not only committed to providing a high-quality education for our students, but also creating a supportive, family-like atmosphere for our staff. The terms "Fairview Family" and #OneFairview are mantras echoed by all of our employees as evidence of the togetherness we share as a staff and the joint responsibility we share to ensure the success of all of the students that walk through our halls now and in the future.
Purpose
Provide free and appropriate public education to students in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade.
