One of our core aspirations is that each of our students will be future-ready and in demand upon graduation from high school. By making college and career readiness a priority, by expanding extracurricular activities such as STEM, esports and other science-and-technology-based offerings, we are providing the opportunities that can make all the difference in our technology-driven world. Also, through Epic’s Collegiate Academy, students who wish to pursue it can earn a free associate degree in conjunction with their high school diploma.
Just as we allow our students the freedom to work at their own pace when the time is right for them, we also extend the same culture of fexlibility to our staff. Maintaining a strong work-life balance, we believe, is key to employee happiness and success. We do this by offering a flexible and hybrid work schedule, which serves us and our employees well.
