A typical workday varies depending on the office and role of each employee. Due to the nature of our work for the government, most of our workforce works on-site in government facilities. Most people work as part of a team with other Entegra employees, other contractors and government employees. Our infrastructure staff work part-time from home and part-time in our main office.Although we do not always have control over specific government facility workplaces, we strive to make sure our employees continue to be stimulated in their respective workplace by making sure that employees take advantage of our open lines of communication and speak with their on-site supervisor/manager if any workplace issues arise. Our leadership team does an excellent job selecting teams for our Entegra staff and promotes a hardworking atmosphere, while at the same time, promoting fun and humor in our difficult field of work. We constantly strive to engage our workforce and create a strong company culture with off-site events and bonding. Entegra’s culture is one of loyalty, trust, ethics and integrity and we believe our employees impart that in their day to day jobs, no matter their work location.
