We have over 15 years of experience working with the nation's largest insurance carriers to administer customer engagement programs with their agents.
Most of our employees are part-time appointment schedulers who enjoy flexible scheduling, excellent compensation and cool incentives. Because we're just minutes from 2 major universities, many of our callers are also students.

Purpose
Made up of university students, future professionals, and other bright individuals alike, our Appointment Setters are able to set their own work schedules. We love being a stepping stone for people to reach their educational, professional, and personal goals. Flexible scheduling gives our people the ability to have full, eventful lives outside of work, and our friendly, and happy office culture makes a somewhat boring call center job worth it. We also love to help our employees with higher education via tuition reimbursement.

With our monthly office parties, we aim to strengthen relationships with one another and create opportunities for our people to get to know those in other departments who they might not see on a daily basis.
All of our new hires start as appointment schedulers - even those who are hired for other positions in account management, sales, marketing, etc. We know that to create a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and unity, all of us need to experience the service we provide firsthand.
Weekly one-on-one meetings with a direct supervisor provide a space for learning and collaboration. It's our goal to give our employees everything they need to succeed - at the office AND beyond.
