Our company is structured as a one-stop-shop offering adult employment services, youth programs, employability trainings, paid work experience, and a variety of assessments. Our services enhance a customer’s ability to successfully achieve independence by establishing a lifelong career.

employU has maintained a partnership with the TJX family since 2016. In that time, we have developed close relationships with many of the stores, managers, and staff. We tracked work experience programs across 56 stores over 6 months and the results were outstanding! TJX saved $69,420 in training and recruitment cost.

Jessica's dream was to become a flight attendant, but she was met with several challenges. With her employU Employment Specialist, she overcame every obstacle and landed a job with Spirit Airlines.

After a summer work-based learning experience at Stinger Fiberglass, Kyle landed a permanent position where he gets to create customized parts for classic muscle cars.

Kymani has worked several on-the-job training experiences, but has always wanted to work in the restaurant industry. He found his match with Tijuana Flats and couldn't be happier!
