Emerge Community Development
EMERGE was established in 2007 to support people with barriers to employment connect to economic opportunities. EMERGE offers comprehensive workforce development services that advance racial and economic equity, reduce community level unemployment, build wealth and stability at an individual and community level, and support the aspirations and progress of the communities and neighborhoods we serve. Our approach is through workforce development, youth programs, re entry programs and financial wellness workshops. We partner with the community for a better future.

Additional Culture Details
At EMERGE, we definitely walk our talk. Many of our staff first came to EMERGE as participants so are able to find common ground and connect with our participants because of their common lived experiences. We actively encourage continuing staff development and learning and the majority of the people on our Management and Leadership Teams were promoted into their current roles.
