For more than a decade, we have helped 1,700+ school districts transform their EL programs – serving over 2.5 million students across the nation. By providing tools that are responsive to educators needs, we ensure that teachers and admins are equipped to best support their students while building an impactful and sustainable company.
Purpose
We're a dedicated group of former English learner (EL) educators and tech experts passionate about empowering teachers and students. Because of this, we prioritize work that makes a positive change, value collaboration across teams, and celebrate the success of our partners.

We have company-sponsored Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and a consultative group called DEIB ELLiance.
Our ERGs are voluntary employee-led groups that bring people who share a common identity together. The purpose of our ERGs is to build community and create spaces of collectivism, community, and empowerment. The DEIB ELLiance Advisory Group is a voluntary employee-led advisory group that the People team consults to identify, organize, facilitate action, and put practices into place that foster a workplace of belonging and inclusion.
