Elderly Housing Development & Operations Corporation (EHDOC) sponsors and manages 56 affordable senior housing communities comprising over 4,700 apartments in 14 states in the U.S. as well as Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. It is a not for profit 501(c)3 organization. At EHDOC, our mission — guided by the principle of ‘Housing with a Heart’ — is to develop, manage, and preserve affordable independent living communities where seniors can thrive and age in place. We empower our residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within a compassionate, supportive health and wellness focused environment.
