ESPNS is a non-profit dedicated to maintaining the health of older adults so the may continue living independently in the community through our PACE and SCO programs. Our inter-disciplinary teams are made up of doctors, nurses, social workers, physical therapy, personal care attendants, psychologists, activities coordinators, medical interpreters, and other specialists that coordinate an elder's complete medical, mental and social care.
