We strive to build an organization that will last; something that will continue to produce opportunity and value to others over lifetimes. As we seek to increase the spheres of influence of those around us, we will increase our collective and individual capacities to lift and create for the benefit of others.

Our vision is to become one of the top 10 pest prevention companies in the United States in the next 10 years, increasing our sphere of influence across the nation, but more importantly to build and strengthen our local communities.

Additional Culture Details
As a company, we believe the Culture Principles we teach are crucial to our success in achieving our purpose and mission. To strengthen our culture, our CEO, Andrew Richardson has recorded approximately 50+ culture videos/trainings and created quizzes for each one. Each department reviews a new training weekly, completes the associated quiz, and attends a meeting where the culture materials are discussed. The purpose of the meetings is to strengthen each employee’s ability to apply the Principles in their individual role. Furthermore, our leaders meet monthly with each employee to review a Desire Chart, which not only outlines a specific goal that the employee is working on, but incorporates a number of the Company’s Culture Principles in the process. During these one-on-one meetings, the Culture Principles are reinforced and mentoring occurs. These practices are measured and reported throughout the Company. In the last two years, there have only been 3 employees who missed a monthly desire chart meeting (approximately 10,000 desire chart meetings took place during that timeframe).
