Person-centered support
East Bay Innovations provides person-centered support. This means that we believe in seeing people first rather than diagnostic labels, using ordinary language and images rather than professional jargon, actively searching for a person's gifts and strengths in community life, and strengthening the voice of the person in accounting their history.
