We do this through our Path to Ownership Program. Our Path to Ownership Program is a structured, internal career pathway that provides employees at all levels with the opportunities to become owners of the firm over time, based on leadership, impact, and alignment with core values. Designed to support long-term succession and growth, the program ensures ownership transitions internally – strengthening culture, retaining top talent, and preserving Dunaway as a privately held legacy firm.
