We pride ourselves on our dedication to our community through our exclusively local focus, our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and through charitable giving. Because we choose to solely operate in the Chicagoland area, we truly understand the intricacies of the market in which we work. We give back to our community throughout the year through a partnership with Cradles to Crayons, offering an opportunity to donate to the organization with every transaction, and with one-off fundraisers—most recently benefitting Greater Chicago Food Depository, The Boulevard, and Center on Halsted. We've also taken action to promote inclusion in the workplace by establishing an intersectional Diversity Council to advise on improved communication and training. In 2020, we established a Mentorship Program to help young people from historically excluded communities begin a career in real estate. And in 2014, we created the nation’s first LGBTQIA+ real estate division, which strives to ensure all our clients can enjoy Pride of Ownership.
