Additional Culture Details
Beyond the actual "work", plugging in to the daily life at DornerWorks involves a lot more. We have an open office environment, with occasional NERF dart battles and décor from both Star Wars and Star Trek. We have flexible work hours, including an option to take every other Friday off. You can plug into company-sponsored community organizations. Plus, an array of social gatherings and activities, such as happy hours, chili cook-offs, kayaking trips, paper airplane contests and celebrating Pi Day!
