Since 1994, D3G has been navigating the nation’s most complex housing and healthcare projects. We guide Lenders, Borrowers, General Contractors, Design Professionals and Equity Partners through the due diligence process. D3G was the original third party due diligence consultant to concentrate on the Department of Housing and Urban Development–Federal Housing Act mortgage insurance industry. We helped shape the affordable housing preservation industry by presenting environmental, property and sustainability solutions. Our solid reputation, earned by the dedication to our core values of integrity, quality, innovation, and teamwork, has allowed the firm to grow from one employee in a basement office to over 120 employees located across the contiguous United States.
Purpose
Dominion Due Diligence Group (D3G) is a full-service environmental, engineering and energy due diligence firm specializing in the affordable housing and healthcare industry. D3G is one of the original HUD Multifamily Accelerated Process (MAP) third-party consultants with over 23 years of history.
