DISA is an amazing place to work! We sincerely care about our team members and our communities. Like many companies, most of our team has worked remotely over the past 2 years. When social distancing restrictions lifted, we listened to the people that power our business and worked quickly to ensure we could remain flexible in our work location options. This flexibility allows our team to the find balance that helps to keep us motivated.
We're inspired by our work! We are proud to say that we help to be a part of a company that helps to keep our communities safe. That is what sets DISA a part. While many of our clients are mandated by federal law to use a company like DISA to be compliant, we value our customers and strive to provide each one of them with superior customer service to create a relationship where we lead with customer loyalty. We continue to raise the bar in our industry with networking and educational events for our clients and employees.
We encourage the Be A Team mentality! It's a rare experience to have a truly down to earth executive team that is consistently asking for feedback and being open to hearing the hard things, taking to time to understand how they are contributing to the problem or the solution, asking what else they can do to provide a solution, then holding themselves accountable. This behavior is part of our culture of accountability, and it's felt throughout the organization.
