DIGITALiBiz (iBiz) is a government contract company that provides support to government agencies. Since it’s conception in 2002, iBiz has always valued a “people-first” style of leadership. Our employees are our #1 asset as they are the ones working on contract with our customers providing the support needed. This leadership style drives our decision making as we are always looking of what more we can do for our employees so that they are better able to focus on the customers and feel the appreciation of their hard work.

Our mission is to develop and leverage best practices and partner with our customers to implement effective and scalable enterprise solutions to their most difficult problems, while maximizing return on their investments, primarily in the transportation sector, but on a broader scale as well.

iBiz realizes that we must reward, acknowledge, and demonstrate that our employees are our most important asset. As we follow from our mission, we strive to always be “people-first” when developing benefits and reward systems. To that end, we provide our employees with spot bonuses for singular efforts and end-of-year bonuses for outstanding support all year round. We also have an iBiz Top Performer Award Program that annually recognizes employees’ company-wide who consistently exceed expectations by performing at a very high level throughout a given year. Annual award winners travel together on an all-expenses paid Caribbean vacation for themselves and a guest. Outside of a pandemic, iBiz fosters the “people-first” style leadership through monthly lunches. Other social gatherings include annual holiday and summer parties where employees can participate in a raffle for high-end prizes. Through the pandemic, we have virtual happy hours and trivia games complete with prizes. We've added an employee recognition program, were managers can recognize employees with gift baskets of cookies, items from Harry & David or a lunch from a popular delivery company. A “people-first” style leadership would not be complete if we didn’t think about people outside of iBizzers as well. We partner with The Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Through this initiative, iBiz employees prepare quarterly “Family Dinners” for the patients and their families staying at the Inn.
