We celebrate innovation, change and risk-taking while honoring our organization and region’s past. We say “yes” before we say “no.”

A Respected Brand

We hold ourselves responsible for protecting and enhancing the Chamber’s enduring brand.

A Balance of Work & Self

We encourage fun as a means to efficiency and results. We reward results, not just the amount of time put in. We do serious work without taking ourselves too seriously.

A Collective Culture of Respect

We operate as a team and check our egos at the door. We collaborate by nature, not by appointment. We extend professional respect to all and act with integrity. We respect personal differences and give team members the benefit of the doubt. We protect our team.

A Balance of Resources & Judgment

We differentiate between a “good” use of our valuable resources and the “best” use of our valuable resources. We balance all factors in our decision making and use sound judgment always.
