Design Concepts is full-service product design and strategic innovation consultancy with offices in Madison, Wisconsin, San Francisco and Boston. Our process has been tested and refined through the completion of more than 2,500 projects for over 400 clients since our founding in 1967. Additional Culture Details
Design Concepts has a very open culture where financials are shared with employees every month at our All-Hands meeting and issues openly discussed. Our org chart is largely flat -- there are very few layers between those who do the work and those who lead the organization. Many of our directors are also still practitioners working on client projects.
We like to have fun and dedicate our Tree House space to dining, relaxing and playing games together. We also provide lots of healthy snacks to fuel creativity. We often host events for the local design and engineering community. Many of our employees are bike enthusiasts and we have bike to work days and activities throughout the summer.
