We believe in supporting all team members, even if we get nothing in return because we know what you do to another, we do to ourselves. If we see a teammate struggling, we help them get back up. We also know that we are not a bunch of separate teams that have different functions and objectives within the business, but rather one team going after one dream of making healthcare better for everyone. We treat coworkers as friends and participate in as many DearDoc events as we can. We encourage diversity in ideas, opinions, and points of view.
