2. We are obsessed with finding a better way for our clients…ask “Why not?” - if there is something missing with a process, message/collateral we send to client, etc.,where it can be improved, speak up, bring to management attention rather than ignore.
3. Shoot straight or we miss our mark…say it how it is - Don’t let things fester inside or hold back on saying something that could be detrimental to the company or client; being up front and honest is essential
4. Don’t wait for things to happen…make things happen - If you need help or have questions or want to see results on something you’re involved with, don’t wait for other parties to do it; be proactive in reaching out to the right people and stay on top of them until the issue is resolved.
5. It’s not the hours we put in…it’s what we put into the hours that counts - Whether it’s working 4 hours or 9 hours, it’s all about being effective in your role and managing your day, not how many hours you spend in the office.

Having fun is not a perk…have fun or go home - Coming to work with a positive attitude is important in the office; if you are negative, it is contagious and should be dealt with on a one-to-one level (if issue within the office) or should be left at home to not have a negative impact on mood of office environment
