Purpose

In addition to more than 50,000 products, Darby’s customers have access to technology services, equipment repair, a capital equipment division, implants, a surgical division, and a full line of private label products.

One of the words our employees often use when describing our culture is family. Yes, we are family owned but we are also focused on creating a family culture. One that provides support and flexibility and looks beyond the worker and sees a person. A person who may be struggling with work life balance, facing a health crisis, has suffered the loss of a family member, a financial burden or may be struggling with a mental health issue. When most employers choose not to get involved or walk away from personal issues, Darby has always risen to the challenge and supported our employees.
