D&G’s mission is to protect our nation’s critical infrastructure and eliminate threats to the U.S. supply chain. We create decision advantage through data analytics, risk and capability analysis, and strategic planning. Our expertise includes forecasting part obsolescence and developing a global logistics strategy approved by the Armed Services Committee. We are proudly an SDVOSB, WOSB, and 8(a) family-owned business, with success as the United States Transportation Command and the DHS Secretary Teams of the Year.
Purpose
Our goal is to tackle unique problems alongside talented coworkers and teams. We’re large enough that team members will focus on meaningful, complex challenges, but small enough that those same team members can make a rewarding impact. D&G, short for David & Goliath, was built on principles of strength, compassion, and leadership. Every member of Team D&G acts as a force multiplier to defeat “Goliaths” and contribute to the mission of safeguarding our national security.

D&G’s corporate culture is defined by connectivity and impact. At D&G, connectivity is of the upmost importance. People with good connections are happier, less stressed, more engaged at work, and physically healthier. Connected teams also drive collaboration, nurture healthy working relationships, and promote knowledge-sharing. To encourage connection, D&G initiates touchpoints throughout the year. These include sending handwritten cards, gifts, and food in the mail. The touchpoints are usually combined with a quirky holiday such as sending chocolate cakes for National Chocolate Cake Day. D&G encourages collaboration through team building events to spark creativity and recharge. Events include baseball games, shark week events, talks with astronauts, and murder mystery parties.
