Custom Ink is based in Fairfax, Virginia with other offices and facilities in Charlottesville, Virginia; Reno, Nevada; Dallas, Texas; and Los Angeles, California.

It’s no secret that Custom Ink is a fun place to work. When you visit Custom Ink you’ll see the cafe, the free food, and the TVs around the office. However, these things aren’t just there because they’re fun. They help to bring our team together. The free lunch that we provide to Inkers every Thursday isn’t just about tasty food. It’s also about giving them an opportunity to take a break to sit down with each other, enjoy a meal, and catch up.
“The tradition of eating together has been important from the beginning of the company,” says original Inker Ben Carter. “It all started early on because we were together for insane hours and it was convenient to all eat at the same time, but we realized the importance of a shared meal and still do it today. You have the opportunity to bump into folks and have great conversations. It’s a really awesome tradition.”
