Additional Culture Details
At the heart of CSA Group is a vision: making the world a better, safer, more sustainable place. It’s been part
of our mission for nearly one hundred years. This mission is at the core of our culture. Our employees take pride in making a difference in people’s lives through the work that we do.
CSA Group prides itself in the high value it places on its People & Culture, their Development & Opportunity, commitment to Rewards & Flexibility and bench strength of our Technical Knowledge & Expertise.
Our values are not just words but are truly committed to by all levels of the organization. In every site the values are clearly visibly seen as you walk through each office. They hold a special place on a wall of honor. In addition, each employee measures themselves against our values in their self review, completed on a bi-annual basis and it becomes a key component of the developmental dialogue between the employee and their manager.
We have a strong "give back" culture here at CSA Irvine. We have a "Common Good" volunteer activity every month for employees to participate in during work hours which is fully supported by our leadership team. Some examples of the community charities we support are Ronald McDonald House (preparing meals and presenting gifts for the families), Habitat for Humanity (building houses for low income families), Bolsa Chica Restoration (clean up the beaches), Second Harvest (stocking the food shelves and running food drives), and Orange County Rescue Mission (feeding the homeless).
CSA Group while it’s a global company, it has a family feel. People are supportive and helpful, and truly care about each other. We truly operate as a team and enjoy each other's company as proven by our very active Social Committee (SOCOM) who plans a monthly lunch and teambuilding event which all employees look forward to.
Our commitment to social good is evident in all we do, from implementing sustainability practices to supporting the communities in which we live and work.
From generous benefits to flex time/work from home policies, CSA Group is committed to our employees. Our focus on health & wellness resulted in the addition of a Vitamix machine for employees to use in the office, use of treadmill and exercise /bikes, as well as an individual annual stipend of $300 for health club memberships or fitness equipment. .
CSA Group listens to our employees, and strives to be a top workplace each day.
