We work hard but also keep things casual. We haven't been perfect in a growth by any means but we work quickly to alleviate any cultural issues and we have fun and celebrate our success as often as we can.
We do random things for our employees - like bringing in Jeni's ice cream, or having our culinary team run a food pairing happy hour with Rockmill Brewery. We just ran a community volunteerism contest last month and our crew volunteered over 500 hours with local non-profits.
