Established in 1896, we are the oldest, family operated mechanical contractor in the Midwestern United States. We specialize in Process Piping, Plumbing, HVAC, Fabrication, Pipe Modules, Design/Build, 3D Modeling and Emergency Service. Our key markets are Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Power Generation, Nuclear and Waste Water.
Purpose
Corrigan is an award-winning mechanical contractor that delivers highly complex projects for industrial, institutional, commercial, nuclear, power, waste water treatment customers in St Louis and throughout the country. The firm is one of the earliest adopters of lean construction and excels at delivering value, especially when engaged in the early planning process of a project.
Vision
In 1896 indoor plumbing was “new technology” and our grandfather John F. Corrigan was quick to recognize how it would change American life. That was the beginning of our company.
Embracing the next major wave of technology in the age of mechanization and the advent of air conditioning for buildings, our second generation moved the company forward in HVAC, refrigeration and air quality. Our current generation continues in their tradition by successfully accomplishing some of the largest commercial and industrial projects in St. Louis and throughout the Midwest.
We are excited for the future and the innovations and new technologies it will bring, as we always have been. We are most proud of our rich history created by the many families through generations, who have carried the company colors from success to success.

- Corrigan deploys a time-tested innovative construction process called the Corrigan Success Model that delivers the best cost by adding value at every step along the way. For example, Corrigan can fabricate and assemble piping modules and other sub-assemblies in its own shop, delivering greater efficiency, higher quality craftsmanship, and lower cost than assemblies made on the job site. Today it is the largest pipe fabrication operation in St. Louis.
