Rush Copley Medical Center offers a warm and friendly work environment, with co-workers who work as a strong, professional team. Our employees participate in decision-making at Rush Copley through input and participation on Employee Advisory Council, nursing practice partnership committees, performance improvement teams, a suggestion system, and various focus groups and surveys. Employee rewards and recognition receive top priority at our medical center. Staff are continuously recognized by our patients, families and each other through surveys and cards of appreciation.
