Purpose
The culture at Conway MacKenzie treats each employee as an equal resulting in high commitment levels and low turnover and absentee rates.
Vision
Senior management communicates strategy and vision to the employees through a number of methods including emails, voicemails, videos and an all-firm meeting. At the end of each year the firm has a multi-day meeting of which strategy and objectives for the next year are the primary items discussed. All employees attend the meeting and are involved in the creation, review and execution of the plan.

At Conway MacKenzie, we firmly stand behind our mission of being the premier consulting and financial advisory firm driving growth and creating value.
