Continental drives for continuous improvement through listening to our team members and better understanding different perspectives and experiences. We hold annual offsite events, including Challenge Meetings, where team members are encouraged to share and discuss concerns, observations, ideas, and suggestions with senior leadership in an open and respectful environment.
