CCSI puts culture first by keeping employees informed, second by celebrating employee accomplishments and encouraging a team atmosphere, and third supporting an employee family life.
CCSI keeps employees informed with a weekly company newsletter sent out to all employees. It shares out company news like latest service announcements, blogs, healthcare tips, and industry awards won. It also highlights employee news like family births, birthdays, celebrations, and certification/awards.
CCSI celebrates employee accomplishments like certifications, awards, and sale wins via announcements in the newsletter and company meetings. CCSI honors employees’ birthdays with cake every month for the birthdays of that month and sends birthday cards to all of the employees.
CCSI encourages a team atmosphere. Employees are encouraged to attend vendor training and lunch and learns. Every Friday, lunch is brought into the office ranging from pizza, sandwiches, empanadas, Mexican, or Chinese. Holidays are usually celebrated with special food, treats, and games. For the employees that are not local to the primary office, care packages are sent, a couple times a year, full of goodies and gifts.
CCSI also supports an employee family life by providing flexible work hours and offices when possible. Employees can shift work hours or work from home to assist with family requirements and personal needs. CCSI also hosts an annual BBQ as well as a Holiday party for employees and their spouses.
