Our culture at connectRN is as important as our business. We believe building a world-class product and experience starts with hiring the best team. It’s our responsibility to give them the support and space to do their best work. At connectRN, we know that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our success. Over the past 6 months, we’ve hired over 90 new connectors who strive for excellence, harness the power of collaboration, and live our #oneteam mentality. With the ongoing pandemic challenging our ability to physically be together, we’ve fought to keep our bonds strong by creating weekly welcome events with new hires, and dedicated Slack channels to celebrate our latest wins. Even when we can’t be together, our shared experiences have fueled our growth and our relationships.
We’re most proud of our commitment to fostering an innovative, diverse culture of creative humans who are passionate about building a “nurse first” company. By joining our team, our people have the opportunity to work on one of the biggest and most pressing challenges facing our healthcare system today.
Throughout the year ahead, we have ambitious plans to expand our HQ team by 200%. We are excited to build our next chapter with even more connectors to bring new perspectives.
