The mission of Concordance is to dramatically reduce reincarceration rates by precisely executing our holistic, evidence-informed re-entry program. We are dedicated to restoring individuals, rebuilding families, transforming communities, and advancing the field of re-entry. Reincarceration has a devastating impact on not only the individual, but also their families, communities, and our society at large. By ending the cycle of reincarceration, we can end its downstream effects of increased unemployment, homelessness, mental health and substance use disorders, ongoing crime, and more.
Purpose
Our team is dedicated to truly understanding the justice-involved population, and we are constantly learning, applying, and evolving with three primary goals in mind: reduced reincarceration rates, scalable impact, and community engagement.

To be the best there is at understanding justice-involved adults, working in partnership on their
