Our family-friendly environment empowers employees to achieve the right work-life balance through opportunities to telework, flexible schedules, enhanced benefits, and inclusion of family members in corporate events and parties. Quarterly all-hands meetings are web-hosted so employees at all sites (in Maryland, Georgia, Texas, Hawaii, and Alaska) are kept informed about corporate goals and business initiatives, new contracts and opportunities, policy changes, technology refreshes, and company events. A highlight of these all-staff meetings is the Recognition Awards. These awards recognize employees from across the organization for outstanding performance and service. We ramp up the energy at headquarters by sponsoring office Golden Tee arcade golf tournaments and hosting impromptu Burgers and Brews cookouts in the parking lot.
