CSC is a leader in early education and family development promoting quality and innovative practices that affect the lives of 22,000 children annually in
17 counties of northeastern Pennsylvania. Our mission is to “prepare young children and their families to succeed in learning and life through innovative,
comprehensive and leading-edge services.” Since 1981, CSC has been committed to ensuring that children enter school ready to achieve and their
families are prepared to assist them. We provide early learning and child care support services to young children and their parents, low-income families,
and child care providers.
