Based in Plano, Texas, Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is a not-for-profit organization that owns, manages and consults with community hospitals around the country to improve their performance and sustainability. We have successfully supported community hospitals for 27 years. We understand that hospitals are valuable community assets, and often the only health resource in the local community. Our mission is to guide, support and enhance the mission of community hospitals and healthcare providers. Our organization is comprised of CHC Hospitals, CHC Consulting and CHC ContinueCARE. Additionally, CHC Supply Trust is our supply chain services arm that brings access, savings and support – including a tailor-made GPO – to community hospitals. We deliver value to our hospital clients by providing strategic direction and then working side-by-side with hospital boards and administrators to achieve and maintain established goals.
