Purpose
CHR is the most comprehensive, non-profit behavioral healthcare provider in Connecticut, offering a wide range of personalized services for children, families and adults whose lives have been touched by mental illness, addiction or trauma. Our largest outpatient offices are in Manchester and Enfield, with smaller offices throughout central and eastern Connecticut and several community-based programs.

CHR has mission driven staff who are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved populations and communities. We employ collaborative decision making across the board, committed to cultural competency and DE&I and have a strong focus on self-care to create a supportive and fulfilling work environment for all employees. Every January we provide a $500 wellness stipend for employees to use for anything that contributes to their overall mental health and wellness. Employees receive their birthday off and every year we hold an annual employee appreciation cookout to thank our staff for all that they do!
