Infinity Health
Infinity Health was funded as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Decatur County, Iowa, in 2005. Today, Infinity Health provides services in 11 locations (soon to be 12 - Osceola dental) and 11 counties, including two primary care sites, behavioral health in all of our sites, and substance use services. Oral health services were added in January 2011 and now serves three of our communities. In 2016, our Mammography services were introduced, followed by our in-house pharmacy in 2017 and our Access Center in 2019. We continue to identify gaps in our communities and fill the gaps with the care our communities need and deserve.
