Additional Culture Details
The CPA culture is all about being, functioning and growing as a team. We rely on an upside down but mostly flat organizational chart – with our CEO and senior management team on the bottom two levels and everyone else on level 3. We like this visual because it emphasizes our belief that management is here to support, coach and develop every person above them on the chart. And, it emphasizes the equal importance of every team member to the overall health and performance of our organization. Our administrative employees are equal to our clinical staff – we view them as two halves of a whole that rely on each other to achieve a common goal – to help our clients. Also, our culture is all about progress – for each employee, our clients and our company. We strive to offer professional development for all staff and opportunities for advancement. Every supervisory or management role at CPA has been filled internally by promoting own employees. Lastly, at CPA fun is a core value.
