Additional Culture Details
A couple of years ago, we created and adopted the COFS cultural guide. The format was put together by our management team and presented at a staff meeting. All staff were encouraged to review and contribute to the guide. The final product was the result of everyone's input, opinions, and ideas on what a good work culture means to them. It contains 17 key points and covers everything from being an ambassador for your organization, to respecting each other, being solution minded, and keeping it FUN!
