Being the first civilian female hired into this position at this location, I anticipated to feel like I did not belong in some aspects. I am pleased to state that from the interview to my first day on the job and henceforth, I have been met with nothing but patience, support, understanding, excitement and encouragement. The Managers have went above and beyond to include me and my other new hired counterparts on an equal basis and have really shown our value to this company.

We work together as a team. Members of my team do their best to lift the team up. I believe my job gives me the flexibility I need to balance my work life. I think this company cares about people.

I love the contract and the informative support that I receive. I am motivated to do a great job and I also love the comradery.
