Purpose
It is understood that Residences at Vantage Point is a not-for-profit corporation organized for the purpose of developing and operating Vantage House, a housing, health care and community facility for the aging, designed to satisfy the primary needs of aging persons.
Mission
It is understood that Residences at Vantage Point provides residents who are age sixty and over a way of retirement living known as “life care” and offers active retirees a life style designed to meet their unique needs, while allowing them the freedom to pursue their personal interests
