CSU Global works diligently to serve students through robust student services, program achievements, and implementation of innovative technologies. CSU Global’s programs provide students with the required experiences and skills to successfully meet the needs of today’s top employers. The University is continuously researching workforce gaps and creating programs for students accordingly to equip them with the skills they’ll need to excel, as evidenced by the degree and certificate programs it offers in the fields of healthcare, information technology, legal studies, finance, and more. Additionally, instructors have both academic and industry work experience, enabling top-notch instruction and mentoring towards learner workplace success.
CSU Global has built a comprehensive ecosystem of 100% online support services on-demand. This includes live technical support and library access, 1:1 tutoring, a writing center, and career services including resume support, mentorship, and more. This ensures students receive the help they need whenever they can make time during their busy schedules, eliminating barriers related to transportation or restrictive office hours.

To ensure we are carrying out our mission of enabling workplace success, CSU Global conducts an annual return on investment (ROI) survey measuring employment and salary information of program completers to hold our programs accountable. The 2025 ROI survey found:
Strong Employment Outcomes: 89% of undergraduate and 92% of graduate respondents reported they are currently or have been employed in fields related to their completed program of study.
Income Growth: For those 3-5 years post-completion, the median annual salary increase reached $31,500 for undergraduates and $39,000 for graduate completers.
Significant ROI in High-Demand Fields (includes programs that reached statistical relevance of at least 25 or more responses):
B.S. in Human Resource Management: Program completers saw a median annual income increase of 82%.
B.S. in Accounting: Program completers reported a 77% increase in median annual income.
Master of Healthcare Administration: Program completers saw a 76% increase in their median annual income.

Additionally, to promote a positive culture of transparency and support, CSU Global uses the performance management tool 15Five to measure employee sentiment and engagement. Every week, employees submit a check-in indicating how they are feeling at work on a scale of 1 to 5. These check-in’s can also be customized each week, allowing supervisors to add questions around employee’s professional development needs, their goals, and more. In addition, a virtual high five section allows individuals to shout out and thank team members on a weekly basis.
In support of staff, faculty, and student mental health, CSU Global offers ongoing access to employee and student assistance programs which provide free, confidential help. Additionally, the University’s Employee Affairs Committee hosts virtual events centered on themes of financial, social, physical, and mental wellness.
The University has also hosted three “Building a Culture of Care” sessions and facilitated Safe Zone Trainings for Academic Leadership and Student Success Staff.
